Payments & refunds policy

Payments
  • All fees for SchengenSimple services must be paid in advance (prior to the start of any work on your case) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via UK bank transfer. The invoice will be shared in writing, with bank details included.

  • A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been received.
     

Refunds
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

  • For document review or full preparation services, refunds are not provided once work on your case has started.

  • If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a full refund.

  • No refunds are available for visa refusals. The decision is made solely by the embassy or consulate, and SchengenSimple does not guarantee visa approval.
     

Rescheduling
  • Consultations may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
