Payments

All fees for SchengenSimple services must be paid in advance (prior to the start of any work on your case) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via UK bank transfer. The invoice will be shared in writing, with bank details included.

A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been received.
Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

For document review or full preparation services, refunds are not provided once work on your case has started.

If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a full refund.

No refunds are available for visa refusals. The decision is made solely by the embassy or consulate, and SchengenSimple does not guarantee visa approval.
Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
